Refund policy

Our intent is to ensure that you are happy with all of your purchases.

If the quality of a product is unacceptable, please contact us within 10 days of shipping date of your order so we can discuss a solution. Take photos of the damaged or flawed item as soon as you notice it so that you can send me the photos and I can see the problem. 

As many of the products I sell are handmade, it may not be possible to send you another product with the exact same features and I therefore reserve the right to refund or exchange the product. 

If you made a mistake ordering an item and it is unused, in the original packaging and undamaged, I will refund your purchase on receipt of your returned item. Note that in this case, you are responsible for shipping to return the item and shipping to receive the new item. To receive the new item, please place a new order in my store.

If you realize the mistake before your order ships, just let me know and I will be happy to make changes to your order for you.

Handmade items are unique and are not returnable or refundable unless they are flawed or damaged when you receive them. 

If you have questions about a product, please be sure to contact me to clear up all questions before you purchase.

Details

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you order was shipped, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
